1. Nature of Services
The coaching services provided by This Is Asha Ltd are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching is not therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or require clinical support, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
2. Not a Medical or Mental Health Service
Nothing discussed during coaching sessions constitutes medical or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing before, during, and after sessions. By booking a session you confirm that you are not currently under the active care of a mental health professional for a serious condition that may be contraindicated by coaching.
3. Your Responsibility
You acknowledge that coaching results vary between individuals and that This Is Asha Ltd makes no guarantees about specific outcomes. You take full responsibility for any decisions made as a result of your coaching sessions.
4. Confidentiality
What you share in sessions remains confidential with the following exceptions — if you disclose information suggesting imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, This Is Asha Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate action.
5. Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full. Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours notice will be accommodated where possible. This Is Asha Ltd reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary and will provide as much notice as possible in such circumstances.
6. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable once delivered. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. This Is Asha Ltd does not store your payment details. By completing payment you agree to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy, available at stripe.com/legal. In the event of a failed or disputed payment, access to services may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and content shared during sessions are the intellectual property of This Is Asha Ltd and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
8. Data Protection & GDPR
This Is Asha Ltd is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By booking a session you consent to This Is Asha Ltd collecting and processing the personal information necessary to deliver coaching services. Your data will never be sold to third parties. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly. Session notes may be kept for the purpose of continuity of coaching and will be stored securely. Any data shared with third party processors, including Stripe, is governed by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
