By accessing or using gaplife.life, signing up for any of our products, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We offer the following products and services:

• Wayfinders (Free) — a free weekly inspirational newsletter.
• Wayfinders (£27/month) — a paid membership including the weekly dispatch, monthly video episodes, full archive access, community access, and a monthly live call.
• 1:1 Coaching (The Go Off Script™ Clarity Session) — a one-to-one coaching session with Asha.
• Deliberately Unrealistic™ — a 21 day challenge to build the shameless self belief required to claim the life you want.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time with reasonable notice.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You will be billed on the same date each month from the date of your initial purchase.

You may cancel your Wayfinders membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. Once a payment has been processed for a given period, that charge is non-refundable.

For one-time purchases (such as Uncharted Territory), all sales are final. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us at asha@gaplife.life and we will do our best to help.

All content on this site — including text, images, videos, audio, and course materials — is owned by This Is Asha Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial use only.

When using our community features, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Share spam, promotional material, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share other members' private information without consent

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, This Is Asha Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Our content is for inspirational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
